Service Policy:
We value quality and safety, and stand behind our services 100%. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your dog's visit, please let us know so that we may continue to deliver outstanding service.
Reservation Policy:
Advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. If it is your dog's first time visiting our studio, please allow approximately 10 minutes at the beginning of your appointment for our complimentary consultation.
Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate 24 hours notice if you find you must reschedule or cancel an appointment. After one missed appointments (less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOW), a $20 deposit is required to hold any future appointments. After two missed appointments, full payment is required as a deposit to hold any future appointments. Deposits will be applied to your bill on the date of services. If the appointment is missed (less than 24 hours notice or NO SHOW), the deposit is non-refundable.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us, and your information will never be sold or shared.
Sick/Illness Policy:
It is our responsibility to keep all our furry clients safe and healthy while they are in Spa Dog, any dogs with possible contagious illness would be rescheduled.
